By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
Answerica provides businesses with an AI-powered receptionist and client-handling solution designed to manage calls, bookings, messages, and customer interactions with precision and ease.
1. Onboarding Conditions
Answerica offers a complimentary onboarding session of up to one (1) hour for all new clients. During this time, our team will assist with setup, configuration, and integration of our AI system into your business operations.
If onboarding requires more than one hour due to complex integrations, client-side software limitations, or other technical factors, additional time will be billed at our standard hourly rate. To ensure a smooth setup, clients must provide accurate system access, account credentials, and any necessary technical information. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate details may result in extended setup time and additional charges.
2. Pricing, Packages & Adjustments
Our pricing is determined by the features, integrations, and service level selected by each client. As Answerica operates internationally, pricing may fluctuate based on market rates, currency exchange variations, or changes in third-party provider costs.
All adjustments in pricing will be communicated clearly and in advance. Payments must be made in the currency specified on your invoice or contract. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.
3. Service Features & Usage
Answerica provides access to a suite of features, including AI receptionist support, automated review management, conversational AI
texting, and real-time notifications.
Clients are expected to use these features responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized or abusive use of the Service, including attempts to disrupt functionality or misuse client data, may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
4. Contract Terms & Flexibility
All client agreements are customized based on selected services and needs. The terms of engagement, deliverables, and payment schedules will be clearly defined in a written contract prior to activation.
Contracts are designed to remain flexible, allowing clients to upgrade, modify, or cancel specific services according to their evolving business requirements. Any changes must be requested in writing and approved by Answerica.
5. Payment & Billing
Payment for services is due as outlined in the client’s contract or invoice. Late or missed payments may result in the temporary suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Answerica reserves the right to charge interest or administrative fees on overdue accounts, in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Service Availability & Maintenance
While Answerica strives to maintain continuous uptime, temporary service interruptions may occur due to system updates, technical maintenance, or third-party service issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients in advance of any scheduled maintenance.
Answerica shall not be held liable for downtime or disruptions beyond our control, including those caused by internet providers, software dependencies, or client-side configurations.
7. Data Privacy & Security
We take data security seriously and employ appropriate measures to protect all client and customer information. By using our Service, you consent to our data handling practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
Clients are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and ensuring their accounts are accessed only by authorized personnel. Any suspected security breaches should be reported to us immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
Answerica will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services rendered in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
9. Modifications to Terms
Answerica reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
